The more people that write and talk about it the better because people will become more aware of the problem and change is more likely to happen! @Spyda - Totally agree; if a company starts bad mouthing the other I lose all respect for it, you should state why it's better to go with your products on a benefits level, not you should go with Company A because Company B said you smell. @Tom – Discussions like these are the seeds of revolution!

You’re right, of course, and it’s already happened. The case against Microsoft for breaking competition laws with IE. That resulted in Microsoft being split into separate companies for browsing and OS. Someone should try a similar case against Apple.
