In my new series of short, yet rubbish podcasts (I’m new to them give me a break) I’ll be talking about a client (who will remain nameless) who didn’t pay up for some work we had done. He then asked us to do more work for him. Strange enough we said NO. But all was not lost as we negotiated and got back on track. So I decided to share this with you.
