Sorry, it’s just that I have real gripes with Sega. Especially Sonic. I never got to grips with it and therefore never fully played it. I guess I’m just biast. And Sonic’s in Smash Bros Brawl?! That’s just sick.

There weren’t that many games that had save capabilities around those times and Sonic 3 was one of them. For the record Sonic kicks Mario’s arse

Judging by the pic you have up here, Zelda was out 7 years before Sonic 3. How about Super Mario Bros 3? Or Super Mario World? Or Zelda 2? You can’t group Sonic 3 with games that could save literally years beforehand! Besides, y’know, Sonic smells.

i know that was before sonic but i didn’t say sonic 3 was the first i said it was 1 of the first you gotta agree with me not many games at those times had a “save game” feature

Hang on! The Legend of Zelda on the NES (appr. 1987) was able to save data. That’s at least 4 years before this was released.
