Just a little random thought I’ve had recently, just as I was remembering about how PC games use to be in big cardboard boxes, 10 times the size of its contents, and of course always in front of you as you went inside the shop door…
…Now not so much, I walk into ‘Game Station’ and struggle to find the 2 small shelving units of PC games, with not even a hint of any...

Obviously I’m not going to do a full review, that would be a bit silly as this is a beta, athough the curiously named ‘beta’ seemed a little much for something which has clearly passed beta stage. Anyway… lets have a quick look then…
What is Dawn of Ware II?
Well if your pale skinned, not a vampire, and enjoy computing, your most likely to have encountered Warhammer...

Hi there,
Christmas time comes around once per year, personally I’d rather it was like a leap year, once very four, but I don’t write the rules… anyway…
If there’s a particularly good game or any particularly bad game, any genre, any platform, let us know in the comments below, and we’ll go out, buy it and review it. To be honest I’m a violent person. So...

Fallout 3 for the pc
Story
The main story follows along the path of “Unknown event leads to quest into an unknown land of unknown-ness”, pretty generic fantasy stuff.
You live in a vault, an under ground safe house from nuclear war. The problem with your vault is no one can leave, no one can enter.
So when your father ups and leaves town, you get mighty suspicious. So naturally you...

I know this is an ea game, and I do realise I’m boycotting EA, however I have still played this game, and thus I can review it. Plus I’m reviewing the game itself. EA may publish it, but they didn’t create it.
Now I’m rarely into campaigns in games, as I tend to get bored of them easily, and this was no excepection, so this review is aimed those who play skirmishes,...

It’s sometimes hard not to be bias when you’ve been waiting expectedly for a game for so long, however I will do my best not be! Also I guess it’s fair to say this review wouldn’t be 100% either as the game has only been out in the UK since yesterday, though I have played it for 5 hours according to my steam account.
Overall
Buy this game! It’s great fun,...

After my bad experience with Far Cry 2, it has left me wondering if we can really trust ‘reputable’ games review sites & magazines, which give us amazing comments like “game of the year”, “amazing game” blah blah, when clearly they are wrong, I mean, do they even play the games?? Cause if they did they’d surely see how crap they are. Example is meta...

Fuck me? Where am I, well we start the adventure in a jeep driven by a guy who can talk for england, yet not give any plot line away & and I mean any, I’m left feeling by this first few minutes, bewildered as to his whole point. Anyway, I start to feel ill, a bit woosey, and my vision is some what distorted and green for some reason – sod it, I’ve got malaria some how...

Most people right now will be about to look across the web, find out where I live and kill me, brutally infact. Why? Because I’m about to say something which is frowned upon by nearly everyone who plays games, actually, everyone who plays games, as those who feel the same as me have already been killed.
I’m talking about Half Life 2, of course, in my opinion the worst game EVA! I hate...
